2. Submit a ticket containing your refund request and the reason behind it.
3. Include your invoice number in the ticket.
4. Ensure that your refund request is made within 1 hour of the original purchase.
5. Please note that refund requests made after 1 hour of the original purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
